Know Your Future for Free

I was working for my Dad and Mom in our food concession selling sausage sandwiches and french fries for several weeks. My cousin and a friend of his were working for us. One day as I was walking to the restroom I saw a tent at the fairgrounds with a sign that read "Know Your Future for FREE". At first I thought it was a psychic tent. Then I looked closer and saw 3 person teams ministering and figured it was prophetic evangelism. So I went over to the tent and was approached by a man with a I love Jesus hat. I thought "oh boy... here we go." He asked if I knew what they were doing. I said I saw your sign and wondered what it was all about. He said, "well we are talking about your eternal future." I said, " well great... I do this type of thing too... but I interpret dreams." He said, "How do you do that?" So I told him, "we follow the biblical model of dream interpretation." He said "you mean with Jesus?" I tried not to laugh and said yes. Then he asked if I would interpret 2 of his dreams. I told him I was on the clock and it would be low character if I interpreted his dreams while I was being paid to do a job but I would be back when I was on a break. His mouth dropped open and he said, "well that makes sense."

I asked my Mom if I could take a break and she gave me the night off so I headed back to the tent. The man had two simple training dreams that I interpreted. Then I asked the leader of the outreach if I could minister to their people. After I had permission I began asking people about their dreams. One lady said, "I have alot of dreams but I interpret my own." I almost laughed out loud. So I moved to the next person. She said she didn't dream but would like to dream. So I began to impart. Pretty soon I began to "read her mail" real good. She was fighting back tears as I spoke words of healing and destiny to her. Her husband came over and he had questions about his handicapped daughter. I answered his questions and began to prophesy to him as well. He then had questions about ministry. I began to teach them and soon all the ministry people gathered around as I taught and answered their questions for the next several hours. Even the lady who interprets her own dreams came to hear.

The next day at work my cousins friend asked what I was doing all night at that tent. He is a Christian so I told him, "I was ministering to the people by interpreting their dreams." He said, "how do you do that? Isn't that pretty subjective?" So I quickly taught him about the biblical model for dream interpretation. He said, "sweet could you interpret one I had last night?" I love it when a plan comes together. Hahaha! I interpreted his dream and he said it was right on. The I prophesied and taught him as we made french fries and sausage sandwiches.

I was able to partner with the Lord in all of the above because I have learned to "see what the Father is doing." My hope is that your eyes will be opened to see even more.
