Hello everyone, here is an update about some events during the summer.

I was working for my Dad and Mom in their food concession again and there was a big storm that blew over us. It began to rain and Mom was upset because we began to lose business. Mom and Dad are not doing well financially so I began to get mad. Then I had faith rise up in me and I went outside the food trailer in the rain and began to take authority over the storm. It immediately stopped raining. So I thanked the earth for submitting and the Lord for giving me authority. We made lots of money that night.

After a couple of days a another storm blew over us. The fairboard warned everyone that there were 90 mile an hour winds headed for us. The sky was covered in BLACK storm clouds. My mother asked my cousin and I to go to our camper and take down our Easy-Up tent next to it. As we were running back to the camper my cousin said, "It is gonna storm bad." I said, "No... its just gonna sprinkle." He laughed and I felt really stupid. Everyone of the venders was bringing their truck near their tents to tie down to and putting in extra tent stakes. One vendor who was a Gypsy and psychic said, "We're in for it! It's gonna pour down rain and blow our tents over!" I said, "No its just gonna sprinkle a little," and then thought "Oh crap, I said it again!" My cousin and the Gypsy laughed at me.

We took the Easy-Up tent down and I looked up at the sky. I saw a funnel cloud forming right above our camper. So I said to my cousin, "Look up there. You know what that is?" He said, "@#$&, its a tornado!" I said, "Sure is. Watch this." I pointed at the cloud and said in a calm but firm voice, "Stop blowing." Immediately the funnel stopped. But soon right next to it another began to form. My cousin said, "Another one!" So I pointed and commanded it to stop. Again it immediately obeyed and I said, "No high winds or tornadoes!" The winds died down to a reasonable level and I looked at my cousin and his mouth had dropped wide open and he was trembling a little. But then he said defiantly with a sneer, "It's still gonna storm. Look at those clouds headed right for us." I said, "Hmm, watch this. You see that flag pole and those clouds. I command the wind to change direction and the storm to pass." Immediately the flag blew the other direction and the clouds moved that direction too. I looked over at him as his face was ghost white and he was speechless and trembling. But soon he said, "Those other clouds are headed straight for us. Its still gonna rain!" I calmly said "No it isn't," and smiled. He said, "We'll see!" I then looked up at the clouds and thought 'man, I am gonna look like a real idiot soon.' Then the seer realm opened to me and I saw in the spirit the clouds part and move around the fairgrounds on both sides and blue skies above us. So I looked at my cousin and said to both the sky and him, "Those clouds are gonna part and travel around us and we will have blue skies for the rest of the evening." Immediately the sky obeyed and the clouds parted. My cousin began to tremble even more and I said, "What do you think of that? I want to mentor you." He said, "What? In your weather man powers?" I said, "No, that's not weather man powers... that's Christianity... See you still think Christianity is about good and bad and striving for morality. I am telling you Christianity is about power and the power to live a moral life."

My cousin is a church goer but does not really follow the Lord. He said a girl at college he likes "is really cute but she is one of those Christians like you Matthew... very extreme." I laughed at that. My cousin got angry after this for a couple of days but then began to ask me alot of interesting questions. This whole storm deal would shake everyone. My cousin's reaction to the fear of the Lord was anger and shaking. I walked away from him feeling the fear too, but it moved me into communion with the Lord. He spoke very intimately for several hours to me. A pastor friend of mine said I responded to the fear of the Lord and miracles as Moses did and my cousin responded like the people of Israel. The Gypsy man said, "See I told you it would not rain... only a sprinkle." He said this in a joking manner. I thanked the earth for submitting to me, a son of God and I heard the Lord say, "The Earth does not submit to you because you are a son, it submits to you because you are a servant." I understood that to mean that by me learning to submit, I received authority.

I asked the Lord to tell me what blessing He had to offer the region. He told me, "The region is called to great authority... but the people here have not learned to serve and so they will not walk in authority. Observe the people." So I began to watch the people as they threw their trash on the ground when there were many empty trash cans everywhere. I asked several men for a hand lifting heavy ice chests and got angry reactions. I then found out the welfare rate was high in the region. People seemed to expect others to serve them but did not want to be servants themselves. I wept intensely over this and finally the Lord asked me if I would pick up their trash as a prophetic act. I was a little offended at first but then began to pick up trash every night after I got off work. I began to have major spiritual battles after this that I thought were personal but after talking to a pastor friend realized I was disrupting the spirits ruling the area and they were not happy. He prayed for me and I was fine.
